Getting Started with Theralinq
Therapist Guide

01

Create an Account

Select “Create New Account” on the login page
Select “I am a Therapist”
Go to Settings → select “Update” to enter your license number

Create Custom Library

Select “My Custom Library” on the Home page
Select “New Custom Exercise”
Upload a photo or video, enter an exercise name and description
Click “Create” to save it to your library

03

Add Caregivers

Select “+” on the Home page
Share your unique 4-digit invite code with your clients.
When families enter your code on their app, they will show up on your caregiver list.

Assign Exercises

Select a Caregiver from the Home page
Select "Assign Task"
Exercises shown here are your custom exercises plus the Theralinq library
Select an exercise, add custom instructions and frequency, and select "Assign Exercise".
