Theralinq Mobile App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application ("App") provided by Theralinq, LLC ("Company") for facilitating secure communication between patients and healthcare providers. By using this App, you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

1.2. Privacy and Data Security: The App facilitates secure communication between caregivers/patients and healthcare providers. However, you acknowledge that, despite our security measures, no digital platform is entirely free from risk. You understand and accept the potential risks associated with the exchange of health-related information.

1.3. No Liability: You agree not to hold the Company, its employees, affiliates, or agents liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or breaches of your data or any consequences that may result from such incidents. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Account Registration

2.1. Accurate Information: To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. App Usage

3.1. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

3.2. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that may harm, interfere with, or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, phishing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App.

4. Content and Information

4.1. User-Generated Content: You are responsible for any content you create, post, or share on the App. You must ensure that such content complies with relevant laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

4.2. Company's Rights: The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without notice.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by Company: The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

5.2. Termination by User: You may terminate your account and cease using the App at any time.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

6.2. Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Trial User Participation Agreement

Theralinq Mobile App Trial User Participant Agreement

This Trial User Participant Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Theralinq, LLC, a North Carolina corporation ("Company"), and the undersigned individual ("Participant") for participation in the prototype testing program of the Theralinq Mobile App (the "App"). By agreeing to this Agreement, Participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herin.

  1. Trial Testing Period: The trial testing period ("Trial Period") will commence on May 1, 2024 and conclude on July 1, 2024. Company reserves the right to modify the Trial Period and will notify Participants of any changes.

  2. Purpose: The purpose of trial testing is to evaluate and gather feedback on the functionality, performance, and user experience of the App. Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback, report bugs, and suggest improvements. Submit feedback to

  3. Confidentiality: Participants agree to keep all information related to the App confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, features, design, performance, and any other information obtained during the Trial Period. Participants may not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential information to third parties without the express written consent of Company.

  4. Use of Data: Participants acknowledge and agree that Company may collect, use, and analyze data generated during the Trial Period related to the app features. This data may include, but is not limited to, usage patterns, feedback, and error reports. Company will handle this data in accordance with its privacy policy.

  5. No Warranty: Participants understand and acknowledge that the App is a prototype version, and as such, may contain errors, bugs, or other issues. The App is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. Participants use the App at their own risk.

  6. Termination: Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant's access to the prototype version of the App at any time and for any reason. Participants may also withdraw from the trial testing program at their discretion.

  7. Feedback: Participants agree to provide regular and timely feedback to Company regarding their experiences with the App. This includes, but is not limited to, bug reports, feature requests, and general comments on usability.

  8. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to Company. Participants agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.

  9. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Participant's use of the App.

  10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.


By downloading the Theralinq mobile app from TestFlight in Apple Store, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Trial User Participant Agreement.
